Please be sure to contact us by the morning of the day before your reservation if you wish to change your reservation (change the menu time) or cancel it.

We can only accept 2 to 3 reservations per day, so if you change or cancel your reservation at the last minute, it will be difficult for other people to make reservations and you will not be able to continue the treatment.

Also, for those who are coming, the practitioner will prepare the physical condition and spirit from the day before ☺️

In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy is as follows.

0% until the morning of the day before the reservation

Afternoon of the day before reservation: 100%

On the day of reservation・100%

cancellation fee will be charged.

(Including treatment cancellation and interruption after coming on the day)

(Payment deadline is within 1 month from the reservation date. (Payment by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal (4% fee will be charged))

More than 95% of people have no problem with the reservation, and the payment after the treatment on the day is done smoothly on the basis of trust ☺️

However, on rare occasions, there is a last-minute cancellation, and we have had to turn down people who wanted to make a reservation for the same date and time.
