If you are serious about opening your chakras, please take the course three times if possible. The first session is a preparatory step for opening your chakras (examining the state of your mind and body and standing at the entrance to opening your chakras), so you may not feel any real sensations (about 40% of people) . 60% of people will feel the sensations by the second session, and 90% of people will see their uterus chakra open by the third session. (You can also take the course two or three times during a business trip. If possible, please leave at least two hours between sessions.)
